You can access your investments and facilities online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure online service: Uniting Online

Uniting by Phone Access

You can access your investments and facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1300 133 673. To use this service, you’ll first need to register.

In person

You can arrange withdrawals and lodge applications at our office during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 4.00 pm AEST/Sydney time).

You can also make additional deposits to your investments at any Westpac branch.

Please note:

We do not accept cash transactions at our office for reasons of security. Please visit a Westpac Bank branch for cash transactions.

Cut-off times for processing transactions
Cheque withdrawals

10.00am for same-day processing, otherwise the next business day.

Transfers to external accounts

4.30pm for same-day transfers, otherwise the next business day.

Transfers to internal accounts

4.30pm for same-day transfers, otherwise the next business day.

Electronic files

3.45pm for same-day transfers, otherwise the next business day. All times are AEST/Sydney time. We may be able to process requests after these cut-off times but cannot guarantee same-day processing.
