Other ways to access your investment
- Lodgements and withdrawals can be accepted at our office (from 1 January 2008 we will no longer accept cash transactions at our office for reasons of security and occupational health and safety, arrangements can be established for these transactions to be deposited at a bank.)
- You can add to your investment at any Westpac branch
- A cheque cashing authority can be arranged through any Westpac branch

NOTE: Please note the following cut-off time for processing of transactions:
Cheque Withdrawals - 10:00 am am cut-off for cheque requests to be posted the same day to investor
Transfers to External institutions - 4:30pm cut-off for transfer same day
Transfers to Internal Investments - 4:30 pm cut-off for transfer same day
Electronic files - 4:30 pm cut-off for transfer same day
All times are AEST/Sydney time. We may be able to process requests after these cut-off times however cannot guarantee processing on same day.
