Uniting Online

Uniting Online offers the freedom to manage your organisation's finances online, anytime.

And there are NO transaction or maintenance fees. Our secure encrypted computer system offers two levels of access; Full Access or Enquiry Only Access.

Full access allows signatories to perform the following services online:

Transfer funds between Uniting Financial Services at call investments;
Transfer funds from Uniting Financial Services at call investments to loans;
Transfer funds to another financial institution;
If more than 1 authoriser is required, transaction or batch can be 'stored' for authorising by 2nd authoriser at a later time(not available for altering of Periodic Payments);
Establish, alter, or delete periodic payments;
Request cheques;
Upload CEMTEX credit files created in MYOB, Quickpays, etc for payment of salaries, etc;
Manually load Multitrans files for salaries, etc;
Stop Cheques (Church Organisation Cheque Facilities only);
View total interest received and paid for current and previous financial years;
Customise/Alter your Login and Access codes;
Send Uniting Financial Services a secure email via Uniting Online(attachments are not allowed);
View balances, transactions and interest earned;
Print transaction listings for investments and loans;
Download transactions for importing into Quicken, MYOB, etc;

Enquiry only access allows authorised persons to perform the following services online:

View total interest received and paid for current and previous financial years;
Customise/Alter your Login and Access codes;
Send Uniting Financial Services a secure email via Uniting Online(attachments are not allowed);
View balances, transactions and interest earned;
Print transaction listings for investments and loans;
Download transactions for importing into Quicken, MYOB, etc;

Service is provided free of any Uniting Financial Services fees. Normal ISP and telephone dialup costs apply.
