You can access your investments online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure online service: Uniting Online

Uniting by Phone Access

You can access Uniting Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1300 133 673. To use this service, you'll first need to register, which you can do here.

In person

You can make withdrawals, lodge funds, request a cheque and lodge applications at our office during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 4.00 pm AEST/Sydney time).

Level 3, 222 Pitt Street, Sydney

You can also lodge additional funds to your investment at any Westpac Bank branch.

Please note: We do not accept cash transactions at our office for security reasons. Please visit a Westpac Bank branch to lodge cash.

Cut-off times for processing transactions

Cheque withdrawals

10.00am for same-day processing, otherwise the next business day.

BPAY

4:30pm for same-day transfers, otherwise the next business day.

External transfers

4.30pm for same-day transfers, otherwise the next business day.

Internal transfers

4.30pm for same-day transfers, otherwise the next business day.

Electronic files

3.45pm for same-day transfers, otherwise the next business day.

All times are AEST/Sydney time. We may be able to process requests after these cut-off times but cannot guarantee same-day processing.
